Welcome to the Network of Care for Seniors & People with Disabilities, provided by the Marin County Division of Aging. Network of Care was created with a California Department of Aging innovation grant. The project is part of a broad effort by our county to improve and better coordinate long-term care services locally.

This comprehensive, Internet-based resource is for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as their caregivers and service providers.
