Marin County Mental Health Board Info
The mission of the Marin County Mental Health Board is to represent and advocate for the mental health needs of the people of Marin by being fully informed on all related issues in order to promote a creative, comprehensive and dynamic mental health system of care. The Board seeks to inform and advise the Community Mental Health Services Director and Board of Supervisors on behalf of clients, families, and the community-at-large and to facilitate communication between the community, mental health service providers and Board of Supervisors to ensure that the system is responsive to our community needs. The Board also promotes education, prevention and early intervention to meet the needs of the mentally ill.
